Job Description
:
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist with exceptional skills and experience to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Russian and English , have knowledge of the Paylocity HRS system , and bring a passion for excellence in HR operations. Previous experience in the home care or home health industry is a plus but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Policy Development: Design and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the caregiver hiring process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Training Programs: Develop and execute programs to enhance caregivers' skills and knowledge.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR databases using Paylocity HRS system .
Collaboration: Work with other departments to support HR initiatives and effective communication.
Industry Awareness: Stay current with HR trends and best practices to ensure continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Language Skills: Fluent in Russian (verbal) and English (written and verbal).
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with Paylocity HRS system is required.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: At least 2 years of HR management experience; healthcare or home care industry experience is a plus but not required.
Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
