$6,000 - $12,000 a month

Primary Responsibilities:

Customer service is a top priority
100% interface with customers
Field incoming phone calls from customers
Helping with the repair order paperwork flow from beginning to end
Must be a quick learner
Ability to problem solve and work on your own and in a team environment
Quality minded individual
Ability to work well with others

Required Experience and Knowledge:

1-2 years minimum of automotive service writing experience (Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram experience is preferred)
Great communication skills
Ability to effectively and easily build rapport with others
Outstanding customer service skills
Valid in-state driver’s license
Clean motor vehicle record
Organizational and time management skills
Dealer Built (DMS) experience a plus
* Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $6,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month Day range:

Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Shift:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Torrance, CA 90503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification: * Driver's License (Preferred) Work Location: In person
