Job Description

Thinking Minds' client is seeking an IT SAP EH&S Functional Analyst Expert to enhance their Health and Safety functions using SAP solutions. This role requires a seasoned professional who can lead SAP EH&S implementations, provide consulting, and design end-to-end solutions. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and maintenance of SAP EH&S modules while integrating them into larger enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead solution design and implementation for SAP EH&S, ensuring alignment with business needs and best practices.
• Act as a functional lead on projects, managing deliverables and providing technical oversight.
• Analyze complex business processes, design "To-Be" systems, and bridge identified gaps.
• Create detailed documentation, including requirements, process flows, functional specs, and test plans.
• Develop and support SAP RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
• Perform end-to-end testing (unit, integration, UAT) and support post-go-live system maintenance.
• Partner with business teams to integrate SAP solutions with other SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as SOX and disaster recovery protocols.

Preferred Skills and Expertise:

• SAP S/4HANA experience and certification in SAP EH&S.
• Familiarity with SAP EHS Cloud Solutions such as SAP Workplace Safety or Asset Manager.
• Experience integrating SAP EH&S with EAM, FICO, MM, and HCM modules.
• Background in utility health and safety operations or compliance.
