The Lead System Analyst IV coordinates and schedules FMS related work and is required to effectively manage the daily operations, maintenance and support in a mentoring role for the other PeopleSoft System Analysts. This role performs system operating and maintenance functions in the PeopleSoft financial environments including training and support, user maintenance and security, purchasing and reporting authorizations, maintenance of system configuration, and processing of routine billing interfaces.

This role works closely with the FMS team to coordinate and schedule system upgrades and enhancements. The role will also coordinate DBA and Development resources with our Fred Hutch partners.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and schedule system upgrades and enhancements.
  • Prioritizes and monitors work for the team as well as coordinating and monitoring work for the Fred Hutch DBA and Developer resources.
  • Creates and maintains Road Maps.
  • Provides end user support and training.
  • Conducts system/workflow issue analysis and provide resolution.
  • Performs security. user password changes and conducts purchasing and reporting authorization maintenance for PeopleSoft and Crystal Enterprise.
  • Performs Crystal and Kaufman Hall report development, configuration and maintenance.
  • Performs PeopleSoft configuration, interfaces and maintenance.
  • Completes system testing, enhancements and upgrades.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business.
  • Three to five years proven experience in Information Technology. Experience with the financial suite of PeopleSoft applications and/or accounting experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills to effectively communicate in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills.
  • Proficient in use of standard office computer software programs (i,e Mircosoft Office), equipment and clinical information systems.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Federal and State security regulations.
  • Familiarity with technology solutions that streamline business processes.
  • Knowledge of and experience with implementing regulatory requirements (i.e. HIPAA, Joint Commission and others).
  • Working knowledge of and experience with matrix environment with in-house and outsourced systems, multiple hardware platforms, integrated information and communication systems.

The annual base salary range for this position is from $99,444.80 to $157,144.00 and pay offered will be based on experience and qualifications.
