IT Concepts is looking for a qualified Purchasing Administrator to support IT Concepts and all contracts within the Federal Civilian, DOD, and Intelligence Verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, task orders, and modifications.
  • Prepare NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other teaming documents in coordination with the Business Development team.
  • Capture and record essential contracts information (period of performance, set-aside type, funding amounts, contract number, etc.).
  • Assist in reviewing and tracking contract and subcontract FAR clauses and flowdowns.
  • Work with Program Managers and Project Control Analysts to track contract and subcontract funding levels.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving contract and subcontract-related issues, invoicing issues, etc.
  • Assist in tracking, reporting, and other compliance tasks (e.g. GSA CAF and IFF reporting).
  • Assist in the development of contracts processes, procedures, and systems.
  • Assist internal customers in planning, soliciting, negotiating, and awarding subcontracts in accordance with purchasing system policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • 2-4 years of relevant subcontracts and procurement experience
  • Strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and timeliness in work
  • Experience with document review, editing, and formatting
  • Familiarity with government accounting processes and contract types (FFP, T&M, CPFF)

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in fields such as English, Writing, Political Science, etc.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Familiarity with Unanet accounting system
  • Familiarity with Salesforce platform
  • Experience passing Contractor Purchasing System Review (CPSR) and experience with purchasing systems, administering purchasing processes, etc.
  • US Citizenship
