Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to guide our agile Pega project teams within the healthcare domain
This role is responsible for facilitating agile processes removing impediments and ensuring the team delivers high quality outcomes
Responsibilities Act as a servant leader facilitating agile ceremonies standups sprint planning retrospectives Guide and coach Pega development teams in best agile practices
Coordinate with product owners to ensure project objectives are met Track and report on team performance and project progress
Qualifications 8 years of experience as a Scrum Master with at least 2 years on Pega projects In depth knowledge of healthcare domain requirements and compliance
Certified Scrum Master CSM preferred
