Responsibilities:

• Ad Editing and Production:
• Create multiple fast-paced ads per month using AI tools like Arc Ads and Creatify.
• Develop refined, high-quality ads using advanced tools such as Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, and Runway.
• Content Repurposing:
• Mash up existing videos to create three different ads that are strong yet distinctly different from one another.
• Take winning ads and creatively repurpose them in three new ways to make them feel completely new.
• Testimonial Integration:
• Edit and combine customer testimonials to produce impactful and authentic advertisements.
• Ad Iteration:
• Adapt winning ads for new formats and platforms, ensuring they remain fresh and engaging.
• AI Integration:
• Utilize AI voices (e.g., ElevenLabs), AI-generated videos, and B-roll footage to enhance ad content as well as create new ads from scratch without requiring additional production.
• Creative Judgment:
• Apply your editing skills and discernment to produce ads that resonate with our target audience of aspiring female entrepreneurs.
• Performance Focus:
• Emphasize high-volume creative testing to identify and scale successful ad concepts.
• Ad Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor strategies to inform your editing approach.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align ad content with campaign goals and brand messaging.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Editing Tools: Experience with traditional video editing software but also AI tools such as Arc Ads, Creatify, Stable Diffusion, ComfyUI, Runway, and AI voice tools like ElevenLabs.

• Video Enhancement Skills: Ability to add engaging effects similar to TikTok-style enhancements.
• Creative Repurposing: Skilled at transforming existing content into fresh, compelling ads.
• Autonomous Worker: Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas without constant direction.
• Performance-Driven: Focus on creating ads that drive engagement and conversions.
• Ad Research Skills: Ability to analyze industry trends and competitor ads for insights.
• AI Integration Experience: Familiarity with using AI to enhance editing efficiency and creative output.
