Planes Investments LLC, a growing Real Estate Company located in Vidalia, GA, if looking for a Grant Writer. This position will provide an essential role in the organization by aligning grant seeking efforts with company goals and Objectives. Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Researching and coordinating potential grant opportunities
• Writing detailed, organized, and compelling grant proposals and letters of inquiry.
• Submit timely and complete grant applications, ensuring adherence to specified guidelines.
• Maintain an organized database of all grant submissions, including dates, outcomes, and feedback.
• Manage the reporting process for all awarded grants, ensuring compliance with the grant terms and conditions.
• Conduct post-submission follow-ups with grantors as necessary

• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Critical thinker, ablility to logically solve problems.
• Strong organizational skills (prioritize, multi-task, and be able to meet strict deadlines).
• Motivated self-starter with the ability to work collaboratively and independently with purpose and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
