Golf Course Superintendent
Golf Course in Mt Sterling, Illinois is looking for a Golf Course Superintendent.
Position Overview:
Oversee all aspects of our beautiful course and facilities. This position is responsible for the maintenance and care of all grounds, ensuring top-quality conditions for golfers. You will also manage the clubhouse operations, with the Clubhouse Coordinator reporting directly to you.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee all course maintenance, landscaping, and grounds staff.
• Ensure course conditions meet high standards.
• Develop and manage maintenance schedules.
• Manage the Clubhouse Coordinator to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage budgets, equipment, and supplies.
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license.
Pesticide application license.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Knowledge of turf management, irrigation, and groundskeeping.
Ability to manage staff and operations.
Compensation:
$43,000 – $60,000 per year.
