  • Market Insight: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of market trends and supplier dynamics to drive effective procurement strategies and support our growth.

As a Sr. Buyer at Align Aerospace, you will craft and execute a strategic plan to optimize supplier relationships, manage inventory, and secure the best prices.   • Streamline Operations: Tackle Material Requisition Planning (MRP) daily to keep inventory levels aligned with demand and operational needs.
  • Optimize Inventory: Achieve department goals and personal KPIs by managing inventory levels with precision, ensuring Align always has the right products at the right time.
  • Tackle Excess and Obsolescence: Strategically manage excess and obsolete goods, coordinating with the warehouse to streamline material disposition.
  • Ensure Timely Deliveries: Keep the supply chain on track by regularly updating and managing lead times with suppliers for punctual deliveries.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor and manage product revisions to prevent obsolescence and avoid excess finished goods.
  • Resolve Issues Swiftly: Quickly identify and address invoicing and receiving discrepancies to maintain smooth operations.
  • Integrate Innovations: Seamlessly incorporate newly sourced products and suppliers into our portfolio, expanding our capabilities and enhancing our offerings.
  • Be the Liaison: Act as the central point of contact between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective purchasing processes.
  • Lead and Influence: Represent the department in influential meetings with stakeholders, customers, and suppliers, driving strategic decisions and fostering strong relationships.
