Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Director to lead our Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the center, including program development, staff management, financial planning, and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the center's mission and goals
- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, including overseeing staff, budgeting, and program development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including funders, government agencies, and community organizations
- Implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the center's programs and services
- Monitor and evaluate the center's performance to ensure that it meets or exceeds established targets and benchmarks
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff members
- Represent the center at public events, conferences, and other forums to raise awareness of drug and alcohol addiction issues and the services provided by the center
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the field of drug and alcohol rehabilitation
- Strong knowledge of addiction treatment and recovery principles
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving organizational goals
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and advocate for the needs of the center and its clients
